Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Alldayter (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

We collect:

  • Account data — name, email address, and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash).
  • Learning profile — goals, subjects, study plans, progress, and analytics you generate while using the Service.
  • Content you provide — messages exchanged with AI tutor clones, uploads, and other input you submit.
  • Technical data — device and browser information, IP address, and usage logs, collected to operate and secure the Service.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • build and personalise your study plan and tune AI responses to your learning;
  • process subscriptions and payments;
  • communicate with you about the Service, including service and security notices;
  • keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. AI processing

Content you submit may be processed by AI models to generate tutoring responses and to personalise your experience. We take reasonable steps to limit the personal data used for this purpose. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate; see our Terms of Service.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and to remember preferences such as language and theme. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

6. Sharing and third parties

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law.

7. Data retention and security

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. Deleting your account removes the personal data associated with it, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age of digital consent in their country. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example in the app.
